Job Description:

The Information Systems Data Analyst will develop a data-driven culture by complementing process standardization, drive digital innovation through use of data and analytics, and be a change agent in the digital transformation of the company.

• Plan and direct analysis of data in the ERP platform and develop and edit technical and business documentation.
• Investigate and analyze current functionality in multiple technology platforms to identify data integrity issues and issues with existing business processes.
•Interact with stakeholders across multiple functional organizations to better understand their business problems, processes, data flows, and priorities in order to deliver their analytical and associated data integration needs.
• Work with business and technical teams to leverage industry best practices with regards to advanced use of systems’ data for business’ analytical benefit.
• Increase the value of enterprise information and system assets by partnering with business teams to maintain implement new analytical tools across various technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring and analyzing established KPIs and proposing process & system changes.
• Provide advice and consulting support to our key business stakeholders and demonstrate value with agile responses to business questions and ideas.
• Maintain systems data and integration diagrams as required for appropriate change management and technical review processes.
• Understand business requirements and processes and translate them into a platform-specific solution and system design, effectively bridging the gap between business and IT from a data-centric perspective

Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in IT/IS Support Role directly related to Analytics or Data Analysis.
• Excellent oral, written and computer communication skills

.• Knowledge of ERP systems use and support (SAP Preferred) and data extraction and analysis methodologies.Bachelor of Science in Information Technology discipline such as Computer Science, Data
